Feeling beautiful on the outside has an indisputable impact on the dialogue happening on the inside. We all know this. As a personal stylist for women, I have the rare opportunity to hear a fraction of the self talk women experience and weigh in with some less critical words of my own.

Earlier this year, I was fortunate to be a judge for the Ruby Room Runway Event. The Ruby Room provides formal dresses to girls who wouldn't otherwise have access to such things, enabling them to feel a part of proms, formal dances and other important rituals of youth. The event was breathtaking and the Ruby Room video a powerful reminder of just how much more confident a woman can feel when she's rocking a look that communicates her authentic style. 

With that in mind, I'm sharing the Ruby Room video with you. It's short. But, it's worth your time. Of course, I'm biased:) After the video, find an excuse to get dressed up this holiday season.
