What Size Pants Should I Buy When I Don’t Have Time to Try Them On?

As a personal stylist for women, I hear all of the challenges that women face when it comes to executing their ideal personal styles. Some are large and some are small. Knowing some quick tips to save time and money is always a major win. I love this one.

No Time to Try On Pants? This Hot Tip Helps You Estimate your Size

Fun Fact: The circumference of your neck is often about half the size of your waist. I know! Right?! If you don’t have time to try on a pair of pants at the shop (or you are buying from a second hand store or boutique without a changing room), try this trick. Grab each end of the waist of the pair of pants. Then, wrap it around your neck. If it fits, you are in good shape.

Try this with a few of your existing pairs of pants at home to be sure this calculation works for your figure. While we’re here, how about some of my favorite pants right now?
